Casa Ungasan is a newly developed accommodation comprising of twenty-five, two bedroom homes, located in the Jimberan/Ungasan area; a gated community perfect for families and guests seeking that home away from home experience, this accommodation is situated away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life and within close proximity of many world class beaches/surf breaks located in and around Uluwatu. With only a short ride to the famous Jimbaran Bay where you can sample the best fish restaurants found in Bali or take a dip in the temperate, crystal clear waters. Each of the beautifully appointed villas offer very spacious living, they have an open plan living area comprising of large dining and lounge with two seater couch, coffee table and dining table; perfect for entertaining or enjoying family meals together, each has a large fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and utensils for preparing you own tasty treats. From the open living area you will enter in to either of the two bedrooms on offer, the master which comprises of large double bed, twenty-eight inch LCD television (sixty international channels) and spacious storage for you valuable possessions. The second double room which is perfect for the younger family members has two good sized single beds, LCD television and ample storage for their clothing and toys. The spacious walk-in wet room which you can also access off the living area is well designed with large shower area, washbasin with vanity mirror and western style toilet facilities. To the exterior of each villa you will find a small garden with large Balinese style seating perfect for relaxing on those hot summers days, to the rear you will find a small private terrace perfect for whiling away those hot summers evenings. The general services and facilities on offer for your convenience and comfort include thirty-two square meter swimming pool which resides next to the pool bar/restaurant where you can take your daily breakfast or tasty snacks and tipples throughout the day.
